Στα σοκάκια στο λιμάνι, εκεί όπου η καλοκαιρινή αύρα μπλέκει με μυρωδιές από αλμύρα και ψημένο ψωμί, το Κρητών Γεύσεις είναι η πιο αυθεντική γωνιά της Κρήτης στην Αίγινα. Ένα τραπέζι στρωμένο για δύο, λίγο κρασί ή ρακή, και το ταξίδι ξεκινά — με λαχταριστές εστιατορικές γεύσεις, γενναιόδωρες μερίδες, βαθιά ελληνικές και γεμάτες φροντίδα.
Το μενού που επιμελείται η σεφ Ελένη Ρουσσάκου και η ομάδα της, είναι ένας ύμνος στην παράδοση, με πινελιές σύγχρονης γαστρονομίας. Σπιτικές πίτες, ντάκος, ζουμερό και καλομαγειρεμένο κρέας, φρέσκα ψάρια και θαλασσινά μα και το πιο τρυφερό στιφάδο κάστανου που έχεις δοκιμάσει, δίνουν το ρυθμό σ’ ένα μενού ωδή στην ελληνική μεσογειακή κουζίνα. Αν βρεθείς βράδυ, η ζωντανή μουσική συνοδεύει ιδανικά το ουζάκι, τις κουβέντες και τα γέλια στο τραπέζι.
