Εμείς ξεχωρίσαμε την pinza και το cheeseburger που είναι ακριβώς αυτό που υπόσχεται το LUME: πιάτα γνώριμα, αλλά με twist που τα απογειώνουν. Την ίδια ώρα τα γλυκά δεν περνούν απαρατήρητα αφού θα σε κάνουν σίγουρα να κολλήσεις: κέικ, κρουασάν αλλά και απολαυστικό παγωτό μηχανής. Και το ηλιοβασίλεμα το σκηνικό αλλάζει φυσικά με τα cocktails να πρωταγωνιστούν ενώ η θέα, η μουσική και η απλότητα του καλοκαιριού συναντούν κάτι πιο σύγχρονο, σχεδόν αστικό μέσα στο ίδιο το νησί.
